Dr. Zeshaan Maan, MD, MSc — co-founder & Medical supervising Director
Dr. Maan is a board-certified plastic and reconstructive surgeon serving as the Medical Director of Bonita Aesthetics, where he oversees clinical excellence, safety protocols, and advanced treatment integration across all patient care. Following residency, Dr. Maan completed a highly competitive hand surgery fellowship at UCSF and has since pursued extensive advanced training in regenerative medicine, equipping him with a unique ability to enhance both surgical and non-surgical outcomes through a deeper understanding of tissue regeneration and longevity.
During his time at Stanford, Dr. Maan developed a strong focus on aesthetic surgery, seeking out elite, hands-on training beyond traditional academic pathways. He has trained with leading experts in rhinoplasty, blepharoplasty, brow lift techniques, and comprehensive facial rejuvenation. He further refined his craft through an exclusive aesthetic surgery fellowship at the prestigious Marten Clinic for Plastic Surgery, with a specialized emphasis on facial rejuvenation. Under the mentorship of Dr. Timothy Marten, an internationally recognized pioneer in aesthetic surgery and alongside Dr. Dino Elyassnia, known for his expertise in preservation rhinoplasty, Dr. Maan developed a meticulous, results-driven approach centered on natural, refined outcomes.
At Bonita Aesthetics, Dr. Maan brings a surgical-level perspective to non-surgical facial balancing, ensuring every treatment plan is grounded in anatomy, long-term outcomes, and aesthetic harmony. Mallorie Perez, RN — Founder of Bonita blueprint™
Mallorie Perez is an aesthetic registered nurse, internationally trained injector, and founder of Bonita Aesthetics. Born and raised in the Bronx, her Afro-Latina heritage and East Coast roots shape a perspective that's both artistic and unapologetically authentic. Mallorie has trained with top injectors worldwide, many recognized for treating ethnically diverse faces with precision and respect.
Her signature approach — the Bonita Blueprint™ — blends anatomy, artistry, and cultural fluency to create transformations that celebrate not erase a patient’s natural features. Mallorie is more than a master injector, she’s a mentor, educator, and visionary in the aesthetics space. Her mission is to elevate the standard of care for patients of color and to lead a new wave of inclusive, transformation driven aesthetics. Whitney Macaulay - Bonita Blueprint™ architect
Every apprentice at Bonita Aesthetics undergoes a rigorous, multi-month training program under the direct mentorship of founder Mallorie Perez, RN an internationally trained expert in facial balancing and facial rejuvenation. This hands on curriculum includes in-depth education in anatomy, ethnic facial harmony, injectable technique, device safety, and patient communication. Our apprentice nurses are trained not just to inject but to assess, customize, and deliver results that align with Bonita’s gold-standard transformation philosophy.
Adriana OGUKANEV— new PATIENT CARE COORDINATOR
Adriana oversees our new patient applicants, carefully reviewing each potential client to determine whether the Bonita Blueprint™ is the right path for their goals. It's a role built on discernment: understanding not just what a patient wants, but whether our methodology can deliver a result that's truly cohesive with their features.
