1. Deposit Policy

Deposit amount and refundability depend on your provider and appointment type:

BONITA BLUEPRINT CONSULTATION WITH NURSE WHITNEY

A $100 deposit secures your consultation. It's fully refundable if you cancel at least 48 hours before your appointment, or if you attend your consultation and decide not to move forward. Should you move forward, this deposit is applied towards your treatment investment. If you reschedule, your deposit simply carries over to your new appointment date and is not refunded.

CONSULTATION OR SAME-DAY TREATMENT WITH NURSE MALLORIE, FOUNDER

A $200 deposit secures your time with our Founder. As Nurse Mallorie's calendar is especially limited, this deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances, including cancellations, rescheduling, or deciding not to move forward with treatment.

BOOKING YOUR TREATMENT APPOINTMENT

Once you decide, during your consultation, to move forward with treatment, a deposit of 50% of your total investment secures your treatment appointment(s) — safeguarding the dedicated time we set aside to prepare for your care. This investment is non-refundable for any reason, and will be forfeited if you decide not to

move forward with treatment.

2. Cancellation Policy

‍

Because we see a limited number of patients each day, your reserved time is held exclusively for you. We kindly ask for at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule any appointment, to avoid a cancellation fee and allow us to extend that time to another patient. If this notice isn't given, a $100 cancellation fee always applies.

3. Appointment Commitment Policy

‍

Every reservation holds space that could otherwise go to a patient ready to move forward with their care. To protect that experience for our patients, two (2) cancellations or no-shows will result in ineligibility to book future treatments with Bonita Aesthetics.

4. Appointment Duration — Bonita Blueprint Facial Balancing

‍

Please plan for 2–2.5 hours for your Bonita Blueprint Facial Balancing appointment. We believe meaningful, natural-looking results are born from an unhurried process — never a shortcut. This time is dedicated to clinical photography, a thorough assessment and consultation, development of your personalized treatmentplan, treatment itself, and post-care and maintenance instructions, plus time to complete your medical forms and paperwork. This level of detail is what allows us to build a plan that's genuinely, artfully customized to you.

5. Filming & Photography Policy

‍

Bonita Aesthetics may photograph or film your visit for use on our website, social media, and marketing

materials. This is a reflection of the artistry and results we're honored to create for our patients.
